You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Mobile App/Website's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account. If our contract with the School for providing Falcon Solution is terminated or determined, we may stop providing the App/Website, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. PURNATVA may suspend or terminate your use of the Mobile App/Website or any Service if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that you have infringed, breached, violated, abused, or unethically manipulated or exploited any term of these Terms of Service or anyway otherwise acted unethical. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the App/Website, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
When you register on the App/Website for the Service, we ask that you provide basic contact Information such as your name, sex, age, address, pin code, contact number, occupation, interests and email address etc. When you register using your other accounts like on Facebook, Twitter, Gmail etc. we shall retrieve Information from such account to continue to interact with you and to continue providing the Services. - When it is requested or required by law or by any court or governmental agency or authority to disclose, for the purpose of verification of identity, or for the prevention, detection, investigation including cyber incidents, or for prosecution and punishment of offences. - PURNATVA proposes to share such information within its group companies and officers and employees of such group companies for the purpose of processing personal information on its behalf. We also ensure that the recipients of such information agree to process such information based on our instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
- PURNATVA may present information to our advertisers - to help them understand our audience and confirm the value of advertising on our Websites or Applications – however it is usually in the form of aggregated statistics on traffic to various pages within our site.
